Good ad. But it’s scare tactics. The truth is, most of the time speeding won’t cause this sort of thing. And sometimes it happens to people who aren’t speeding too.
I feel like it would be more realistic to focus on the facts: that speeding increases the risk of a crash. Rather than showing a fake scenario of millions of children being slaughtered and implying that it’s inevitable.

Unbelievable, and all their PSAs seem to run this style. However I will say if the goal is to get people talking about the subject (though really it’s the commercial they’ll speak of), then this does at least create comments.

If it says 25 or less, no.
If it says 30-45, I will go around 5 over, but whatever the flow of traffic is doing.
If it says 50 or up, I’m usually between 5-10 over. If the flow of traffic is faster, so be it.

What did they do to Sweet Child of Mine?
That was more horrific than the video.

It’s not speeding that kills so much as the F$@%&G Prius hogging the left lane.

Yes. But, mainly because I believe most speed limits are artificially low and decided by bureaucrats and 40 year old data.

I used to, on occasion. Now, it just doesn’t seem worth it.
Straight-line speed simply doesn’t interest me as much as challenging a corner. Many corners are rated with a lower advisory speed limit, which is legal to exceed, if you and your car can handle it. I find that I can legally have a lot of fun by trying to hold the “real” speed limit through a corner.
For daily commuting, speeding doesn’t save me an appreciable amount of time. I’m also seeing more and more traffic signals that are timed for sequential green lights, providing that everyone goes the speed limit. There’s also the gas mileage penalty...
As for cops, legal speed lends a significant degree of comfort at not having to keep an eye out for cops. I don’t get nervous if I do see one, either. Of course, I’m also avoiding potential fees. And it’s really nice not having a radar/laser detector cluttering up the dashboard. (I’m really picky about that.)
There’s a little blurb hiding in the Michigan Vehicle Code that says that if anything happens, the speeding driver automatically forfeits right-of-way. I was surprised to find that out; it’s a real game-changer in many instances.
Speeding only seems to really work on long-distance freeway trips, and even then, some of the disadvantages mentioned above still apply.

Now that you put it into words, this is right on my feelings. I won’t even bother to switch lanes to pass someone unless I see it would be advantageous to the upcoming light timings. Honestly I have changed from driving quickly to simply not having to touch the brakes unless I need to come to a complete stop. I enjoy driving everything now.

It’s a choice everyone has to make, and because people drive differently, they often butt heads and open the door for road-raging. Some like to drive 5 under; some like to do 5 over. Some hold to the speed limit, and some don’t even pay attention at all.
When determining how fast is “too fast” and how slow is “too slow”, I keep coming back to the speed limit. It’s the only way to sort through the endless array of opinions out there and come to a universal figure. Not that I’m trying to win arguments here, it just seems that anything other than the speed limit causes problems.
Driving under the limit eventually puts you in a position where you’re holding up traffic that has every right to go faster, but may not have the opportunity to pass you. And driving over the limit eventually makes you catch up to traffic that wouldn’t have otherwise been in your way. It’s like shooting yourself in the foot.

I speed, but only when I consider the conditions favorable and it's on the highway. Suburbs or towns are a no go for me.

Exactly what it sounds like.
When driving in traffic, we are constantly having to judge how much room there is, and whether or not our next maneuver will conflict with another car’s right-of-way. But when a vehicle comes up quickly from behind, barreling through at excessive speeds, it becomes much more difficult to anticipate its movements or judge safe distances.
For example, say you’re driving downtown at 25mph and have a left turn coming up, so you take a quick glance in your mirror before merging over to prepare to make your turn. There is a car in that lane, but it’s 400 ft behind you, so there’s obviously plenty of room. As you move over, the other car suddenly slams into you, having closed the distance far to soon.
Did you cut the other car off? Did you infringe on their right-of-way? No. According to the state of Michigan , they never even had the right-of-way.

Residential areas/towns/business districts, no.
Backroads I try not to slow down for turns.
Highways...5-10 over but I make a point to never be the fastest car.
